What is meletonin?

Melatonin is a key part of the body's 'wake-sleep' cycle, telling our bodies that it's time to sleep. Production begins naturally when the sun goes down and darkness begins, which signals the pineal gland in our brain to start producing melatonin to prepare our body for sleep.
