Returns and Refunds

Several types of goods are exempt from return.

Perishable goods such as food, intimate or sanitary products are not returnable or refundable.

However, if the product you receive is not the one you ordered, you have a period of 14 fourteen working days from the delivery of your order, for exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping & returns

To return your product(s), you must contact us so that we can indicate the return address either in the United States or in France.
